Frantic search on for missing Union Springs teen - Details at 5 and 6

A frantic search is underway in Union Springs for a missing 13-year-old.  Family members tell WSFA 12 News that Kashaad Hurts was last seen Thursday leaving a recreation center.

Tonight, our Bryan Henry is in Union Springs working on the latest details and talking with family members.

WSFA 12 News crews is also covering a fatal fire in Montgomery that took the life of an 89-year old-woman. We'll have a live report from the scene near downtown Montgomery.

And at 6, if you're thirsty for a cold beer, college stadiums aren't usually the place to quench your thirst. That's changing at one local university, at least for the baseball games. We'll fill you in on where you'll be able to order a cold one coming up.

And more than 50 puppies have found good homes thanks to the WSFA 12 News Puppy Love Adopt-a-thon so far, and there's still time to find yourself a new best friend!. We're teaming up with the Montgomery Humane Society to get more than 80 puppies adopted!
