Local woman Angie Gillespie has made it to the top spot for a Safe Auto Jingle Competition.
Gillespie graduated from Simon Kenton High School. If she wins, she will receive $5,000 and a chance to appear in a future advertising campaign.
The contestant has to re-create, re-interpret or re-invent the famous SafeAuto Jingle. All video submissions are featured on the Safe Auto website.
Gillespie is in first place right now but she needs Ohio's votes. Voting ends February 28th!
Anyone who wants to vote for Gillespie can visit www.DoTheJingle.SafeAuto.com
Gillespie will be on FOX19 at 8:45 a.m. this morning. Tune in!
