Like a lot of folks these ladies are working to get in shape, just in time for swimsuit season.

Squats and lunges tone the lower body. Instead of gym equipment you can use a chair and canned foods or bottled water to tone the upper body.
Running and biking can also be done with no gym membership and your schdule.
So how many calories can you burn in 30 minutes? It depends on your age, weight and intensity of your workout, but here are some general numbers.
According to the Harvard Medical School, low impact aerobics you can burn anywhere from 160-240 calories in 30 minutes, depending on how much you weigh. High impact aerobics you can burn anywhere from 210-311 calories. Walking you can burn anywhere from 150-222 calories. Running you can burn anywhere from 240-355 calories every 30 minutes.
The big message here, whether its in the gym or on the pavement, you can do this. Start off slow, set a goal snd then stick with it.
