BATAVIA, OH (FOX19) -

Bond was set at $500,000 Monday for a Union Township man who is charged with murder in connection with the death of his roommate.

Phillip Hamm, 21, was arraigned in Clermont County Municipal Court.

Union Township Police arrested Hamm on Saturday morning.

Police were dispatched to the Southwind Apartment complex in the 3800 block of Old Savannah Drive in Union Township for a report of unknown trouble. Upon arrival, they found 20-year-old Meagan Fambry dead.

An investigation led authorities to Hamm who was Fambry's roommate.
