LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) - The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) has announced that sewer installation will resume this weekend on KY 22 (Brownsboro Road) in Jefferson County.  Work was postponed the last two weekends due to inclement weather. This roadway will be closed just east of Ten Broeck Way.

KY 22 will be closed to thru traffic between Goose Creek Road and Hurstbourne Parkway from 6:00 a.m. on Saturday, February 22 until 6:00 a.m. on Monday, February 24.

Access to local residents will be allowed.  All other motorists should follow the signed detour via Goose Creek Road, Westport Road and Hurstbourne Parkway.

The date and duration of work may be adjusted if inclement weather or other unforeseen delays occur.
