BIRMINGHAM, AL (WBRC) -
Birmingham police are investigating a double shooting that happened around 2:30 a.m. Monday.
Officers say the shootings happened outside the Shell Gas Station located in the 800 block of 3rd Avenue West. Two people were taken from the scene to Princeton Hospital.
According to police, two men got into an argument inside the gas station. That argument lead to the shooting outside the location.
Lt. Sean Edwards with Birmingham PD says one man was in critical condition, but is now stable. A female victim was also shot in the arm.
Police have the area blocked off and are continuing to investigate. There are no arrests in the case at this time.
