Agents arrested two menon meth-related charges in Lawrence County.

Authorities said a methmanufacturing investigation just north of Moulton led to the arrests of DavidLee Guess, 43, and Roderick McCoy aka "Pip," 22, both of Moulton. Sheriff GeneMitchell said the investigation began after they received several complaintsabout the manufacturing of meth at a residence on County Road 501.

Agents found one-potmeth labs and items used to consume and make meth. There was also a burn pileat the residence where agents said they found a burnt meth lab and componentsused to make meth.

Guess and Wallace werebooked into the Lawrence County Jail. Guess was released on a $3,500 bond. Wallaceis being held without bond for being on state probation in connection with aprior felony conviction.
