Three-car accident in Henry County kills three

HENRY COUNTY, MO (KCTV) -

A three-car accident on Missouri Highway 13 just north of Clinton claimed three lives on Saturday afternoon.

The Missouri Highway Patrol said that a northbound Mazda M3S driven by 19-year old Jennifer Reeder of Springfield, MO, crossed the centerline and side swiped a southbound Toyota Solara.

Reeder's vehicle then struck a southbound Chevrolet Impala driven by 49-year old Paul Stankus of Clinton. Stankus, Reeder and a passenger in Reeder's car, 20-year old Erin Hook of St. Joseph, were all pronounced dead at the scene.

Eugene Hagamier, 65, of Nixa, the driver of the Toyota Solara, was uninjured.
