LOWNDES CO., AL (WSFA) -

The judge who originally granted Deandre Lee's request to view evidence related to his triple-homicide case, has now rescinded that ruling.

Circuit Judge Terri Bozeman Lovell approved the state's motion on Wednesday to reverse the ruling that would allow Lee and his attorney to view and inspect the vehicle that is being used as evidence in the case.

Lee's attorney's have filed a motion for the judge to reconsider.

Judge Lovell made the original ruling on Monday in reference to the triple-homicide case that occurred in Lowndes County.

Lee was scheduled to be transported by Lowndes County Sheriff Deputies from the Elmore County Jail to the ABI Headquarters in Montgomery. From there, Lee was suppose to be transported to either Autauga or Elmore County to view the car.

Lee also submitted a request regarding a private discussion, without the presence of law enforcement, between himself and his attorney on the date of the viewing of the vehicle.

The judge denied that request on Monday, stating that it is not possible for this to occur without the presence of law enforcement.

Lee pleaded not guilty in August 2013 to murdering 9-year-old twins Jordan and Taylor DeJerinett, along with their 73-year-old caretaker Jack Mac Girdner.

After a statewide search for the missing children and their caregiver, their bodies were found dumped along Alabama Highway 21. All three had been shot to death.

Lee was arrested in Selma in June 2012 and charged with the victims' homicides.
