GREENVILLE, SC (FOX Carolina) -

The Greenville County Sheriff's Office has charged a man with attempted murder after a man was stabbed in the elbow during an altercation in a mobile home park.

Deputies responded to a 911 call on Security Drive in reference to a stabbing just after 3:15 p.m. on Saturday and spoke to the victim who said he got into an altercation with a man that lives in the mobile home park.

The victim told deputies the altercation became physical and the subject pulled out a pocket knife and stabbed him in the elbow, according to Deputy Drew Pinciaro.

Deputies were unable to locate the suspect, 36-year-old Francisco Pedrasa Hernandez.

Deputies went back on Sunday and arrested Hernandez and charged him with attempted murder and possession of a weapon during a violent crime.

The injures were non-life-threatening and the victim refused medical treatment, according to Pinciaro.
