TYLER, TX (KLTV) - Oncor reports that at least 1,986 customers are without power this afternoon.

First outages were reported in the area of Highway 31 and West Loop 323, as far west as the Tyler-Pounds Regional Airport.

Assistant City Manager Susan Guthrie said the old terminal is without power. That is the location of the control tower for TYR, but generators are providing power to all essential areas of the airport. Therefore, the airport is said to be operating normally.

Tyler police are also informing us that traffic lights are out at the following intersections due to power outages:
Golden and McDonald Road
West Erwin and SSW Loop 323
Troup Highway and Dulse
Beckham and Fleishel
