(RNN) - Cristina Scuccia got four chairs to turn during the blind auditions of Italy's version of The Voice – and when they did, the judges got a surprise of heavenly proportions.

The voice behind the cover of Alicia Keys' No One is a nun and was fully dressed in a traditional nun's habit. She had the support of three sisters backstage, cheering her on.

Sister Cristina is a 25-year-old member of the Ursuline Sisters of the Holy Family.

"I came here because I have a gift and I want to share that gift. I am here to evangelize," she told the judges, according to the National Catholic Register.

"If I had found you at mass, I would always be in church," joked judge J-Ax, an Italian rapper.

During the blind auditions, judges sit with their backs to contestants, choosing them based only on vocal performance, leading to some jaw-meet-floor moments once they turned around.

Scuccia chose J-Ax as her coach because he turned around first.
