ABI CyberCrime Unit arrests man on child porn charges

MONTGOMERY, AL (WSFA) -

A Lincoln man (Talladega Co.) is under arrest and charged with possession of child pornography and suspicion of child sexual abuse, according to the Alabama Department of Public Safety.

Roy Daniel Ellenburg was taken into custody on March 13 following the execution of a search warrant on his home by the Alabama Bureau of Investigation's CyberCrime Unit.

Authorities say Ellenburg is being held in federal custody without bond.

An investigation indicates there may be more child victims.

Anyone who believes they have information that could help identify the victims should contact the CyberCrime Unit at 334-353-1716.

A mugshot of Ellenburg was not available.
