VESTAVIA HILLS, AL (WAFF) -
Alabama congressional candidate Will Brooke released a web ad featuring the businessman using guns to shoot a copy of the Affordable Care Act.
Brooke's ad starts out with the candidate sitting on the back of his pickup truck with a stack of papers and a rifle.
"We're down here to have a little fun today and talk about two serious subjects - the Second Amendment, and to see how much damage we can do to this copy of Obamacare," said Brooke.
Brooke then takes aim at the stack of papers with a variety of firearms. When the bullets fail to destroy the document, Brooke takes a more extreme measure.
"Well we had some fun and knocked some holes in it, but we didn't quite get the job done," Brooke said in the ad. "Looks like we'll have to resort to more extreme measures to get rid of Obamacare and replace it with a market-based solution."
He then throws the papers in a large wood chipper, ending the video.
Brooke, a business executive, is running for Alabama's 6th Congressional District.
