Breakfast Boats

1 LOAF OF ITALIAN BREAD

OR MINI ROLLS

FROZEN, ALREADY COOKED EGGS

CHOPPED SCALLIONS AND PEPPERS

MINCED GARLIC

1 STICK OF BUTTER  MELTED

COOKED BACON/COOKED SAUSAGE LINKS

MOZZERELLA CHEESE

  1. Take loaf of Italian bread or rolls and cut a slit in them.  scoop out the bread but leave enough to give a solid foundation to put your egg mixture in.
  2. Heat oven to 400.
  3. Chop frozen eggs and mx with scallions, peppers, onions and meats
  4. put  a layer of cheese in cavity and then top with egg mixture.  top with cheese.  brush top of bread and cheese with melted butter. Sprinkle kosher salt and poppyseed on bread.  bake in oven loosely covered until cheese is melted and insides are hot. Serve in slices
