HUNTSVILLE, AL (WAFF) -

We tell you about a lot of robberies. Some involve cash, some involve jewelry.

But here's one that involves underwear.

Yep, you read this right. Underwear, and a pretty good "wrestling match" to boot.

Store surveillance video at the Walmart Supercenter on Sparkman Drive in Huntsville September 10 shows a man in a purple shirt leaving the store.

A loss prevention officer runs behind him, catches him and drags him back in, eventually pulling his shirt off.

So what had this crook done?

According to Huntsville Police, he had stuffed a pack of boxer shorts and a pack of t-shirts underneath his clothing.

A store security officer saw him and ran after him.

This would have been a simple case of theft. But when the crook fought with the security guard, and at some point told the guard he had a gun and was going to shoot him, this escalated to a much more serious charge of burglary.

Again, all of this effort was to steal underwear. When the crook said he had a gun, the guard let him go.

But we do get a pretty good look at the robber during that scuffle.

And if you know who he is, you'll be getting a pretty good luck at a nice wad of cash in the form of reward money.

Just make an anonymous call to 256-53-CRIME.

Or to text or e-mail an anonymous tip, head to our Crime Stoppers page for details.

There's a reward of up to $1,000 waiting for you.
