Rain & rumbles will be scattered about the area Friday...but most of the activity will remain well below severe levels. A few storms could try and flare in the heating of the day by afternoon.
Rain redevelops from south to north late Saturday night through Sunday. There is no threat for severe weather with that batch. A secondary surge of severe weather ingredients will commence late Sunday night and could spark a more significant episode of severe weather into early Monday morning. The extent of this event remains unclear at this time, but has the potential to be one to pay attention to.
