BARBOUR CO., AL (WSFA) -

The Barbour County Sheriff's Department is looking for a suspect wanted in connection to an undercover narcotics operation.

Sheriff's deputies and officers with the Eufaula Police Department executed a search warrant at the home of 37-year-old Kendrick Yarnell Wilson Monday.

Wilson was not home at the time of the search of the residence, located on County Road 15 in Clio.

When officers began their search, they found marijuana, cocaine and drug paraphernalia used to package and weigh the drugs.

Officers also found three rifles and a handgun along with two bulletproof vests.

The vests were originally purchased by the nearby Louisville Police Department and Sheriff LeRoy Upshaw says a separate investigation is underway to determine how they came into the suspect's possession.

Wilson now has several outstanding felony warrants pending against him.
