Easter egg hunts kick off in Madison Co.

MADISON COUNTY, AL (WAFF) -

Easter Weekend has arrived in Madison County. Several Easter egg hunts are set to start Saturday morning.

Here is a list of some of the free events going on in Madison County:

Easter Egg Hunt – Dublin Park, Gates opened at 9:30 a.m. The hunt started at 10 a.m. and was for children ages 5-years-old and under. The Easter Bunny was also available for pictures.

Easter Egg Hunt at Trinity Baptist Church in Madison – Registration began at 10 a.m., hunt was set for 10:20 a.m.

Chestnut Grove UMC Egg Hunt – Open to the public. Kicks off at 11 a.m. in Gurley.

Egg Hunt at Williams Elementary – Hunt hosted by Courageous Church at J.E. Williams Elementary from 11 am – 1 p.m.

Great Egg Hunt – Starts at 12 p.m. at John Hunt Park. The hunt is for ages 2 – 12.

Easter Aargh Hunt (pirate theme) at Ford's Chapel UMC from 1 p.m. - 4 p.m.
