CHICAGO (FOX19) -

Homer Bailey pitched six scoreless innings for his first win of the season and the Reds won a second straight series after an 8-2 at Wrigley Field on Sunday.

Bailey, who signed a $100 million contract extension in the off-season, struggled to the worst ERA on the staff after the first three weeks of the season.  But, the Reds right-hander struck out eight Cubs for his best outing of the season.

Zack Cozart hit a two-run home run and finished a triple short of the cycle to continue his improved hitting.

"I'm glad I joined the hitting parade one time," said Cozart on FSO after the game.  "It's been a while, but I've been feeling better the past week or so and I want to continue what I did today."

The Reds have won 17 of 19 at Wrigley Field and have won 10 straight when Bailey faces the Cubs.  He is 7-0 in his last 10 outings against Chicago and 5-0 in his past six at Wrigley Field.

The Reds continue the road trip with the start of a four-game series Monday in Pittsburgh.
