SCOTT COUNTY, KY (WAVE) – A Kentucky couple catches a US Postal Service worker tossing packages into their driveway!

Surveillance cameras were rolling on the Scott County couple's driveway. There is even a sign next to their mailbox that says their property is being monitored. The worker launched the packages out the window of the mail truck, one of which was a brand new tablet.

"I was astounded! I could barely talk," said Jill Smith, the homeowner. "I just ran and got my husband and said you have to watch this."

USPS released this statement, "It is very disappointing and does not represent the kind of service we strive to provide our customers."

Amazon has agreed to replace the broken tablet.
