Three suspects considered "armed and dangerous" have been rounded up in connection with a vehicle burglary spree in Apache Junction.

The break-ins occurred in March and were apparently tied to a series of crimes under investigation by the Gilbert and Mesa police departments, the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office and the Department of Public Safety Vehicle Theft Task Force.

On Sunday, March 30, Apache Junction police officers arrested Clayton Boyd, 24. On  April 1, officers apprehended Frank Boyd, 38, and Kristen Gwaltney, 37. They were all taken to the Pinal County Detention Center.

Frank Boyd is being held on a $20,000 bond on burglary charges. Clayton Boyd and Gwaltney were transported to the Maricopa County Jail. Clayton Boyd is being held on a $30,000 bond for misconduct with a weapon and a $25,000 bond for burglary.

Gwaltney is being held on a $10,000 cash bond for two counts of taking the identity of another and a $7,500 bond for conspiracy to commit burglary.
