UNION SPRINGS, AL (WSFA) -

Three men are in custody following a robbery and burglary in Union Springs.

Chief Danny Jackson with the Union Springs Police Department says the first incident, a robbery, occurred in February at the Citgo Service Station. Around 4:20 a.m. three suspects entered the station, firing shots at employees and taking various items.

Following an investigation Samuel Pruitt was identified as being one of the suspects. He was arrested on April 22 by the U.S. Marhshals in Columbus Georgia. He is charged with two counts of robbery in the first degree.

The second incident, a burglary, occurred on April 7 at Taco Corner. The owner of the store was recovering from a gunshot wound from days earlier when the burglary took place.

Suspect Darrious Davis and Jonnarian Allen are under arrest and both are charged with Burglary third degree and second degree theft of Taco Corner.
