MONTGOMERY, AL (WSFA) -

Alfa Insurance says it is prepared to handle any claims from policyholders after tornadoes, high winds and thunderstorms as they roll across Alabama.

The company had more than 100 claims adjusters ready to serve every county in the state. TO file a claim for home or property damage contact local Alfa service centers or call 1-800-954-2532. They can also be filed online at Alfainsurance.com or through the Alfa2Go app.

Policyholders are encouraged to make temporary repairs to property to prevent additional damage. Retain receipts from purchases related to the temporary repairs to include with any claims.
