GREENVILLE, AL (WSFA) -

Authorities are looking for the man who walked into the Trustmark Bank on the bypass in Greenville Thursday and robbed it.

The man walked into the bank around 1:30 p.m. and handed the teller a note that ordered the employee to give him an undisclosed amount of cash.

The teller complied and put the money from the cash drawer into a plastic bag the robber was holding. The suspect then walked out of the business.

Greenville police say the suspect is between 5'10 and 6'3, weighing between 250-300 pounds. The man was wearing a black cap and a black t-shirt.

Anyone with information regarding the robber's whereabouts is asked to call investigators at 334-382-7461.
