Power back on in Florence

FLORENCE, AL (WAFF) -

Florence Utilities crews restored a massive power outage that affected all of Florence.

A dispatcher says the lights came back on around midnight Wednesday.

The utility says the outage included the Florence city limits and east on US 72 to Killen and Center Star.

The outage was caused by problems at the main Florence substation.
