DOTHAN, AL (WSFA) -

A young man is under arrest after police say he intentionally shot into a residence.

According to the Dothan Police Department, 20-year-old Joshua Edward Calhoun has been placed under arrest and charged with discharging a firearm into an occupied dwelling. 

Investigators say Calhoun intentionally fired a BB gun into a residence in the 1400 block of West Selma Street.

His bond amount has been set at $5,000.
