COLUMBIA, SC (WIS) -

A driver may not get his deposit back on a rental truck after it was crashed into a building early Wednesday morning.

Columbia Police say the driver crossed two lanes of traffic and crashed the rental pickup truck into a building on Monticello Road at about 5 a.m. The driver was taken to the hospital but police say he will be okay.

Columbia Police posted photos of the crash on Twitter.

Building investigators say the brick building is structurally safe.

The traffic unit is investigating what caused the driver to lose control.
