MARSHALL COUNTY, AL (WAFF) -

The lawsuit against Marshall County's Superintendent has been dropped. A circuit judge tossed the case out.

Debra Baker filed the suit on behalf of the Marshall County Education Association. She claimed that Superintendent Tim Nabors violated the law by hiring and promoting some people, as well as failing to post vacancies for open positions.

Since the suit was dropped, the only thing left to determine is whether the court will force Baker to pay Nabor's court costs.
