LAUDERDALE COUNTY, AL (WAFF) -

Sentencing for the serial bank robber dubbed the "Ball Cap Bandit" was delayed Wednesday. The sentencing hearing was originally set for May 27.

Cedrick Hicks pleaded guilty to 11 bank robberies in Alabama and one in Tennessee. In all, authorities said $60,000 was stolen.  

Hicks faces up to 20 years in federal prison in connection with the robberies.

Sentencing has now been reset for June 25.
