BULLOCK CO., AL (WSFA) -

Late Tuesday, agents of the Alabama Alcohol Beverage Control Board located and destroyed an illegal moonshine still near the Still Crossroads Community in Bullock County.

The 24-barrel still was full of mash and hidden in a wooded area along Highway 14, just north of Still Crossroads, according to ABC Board agents. Along with the still, agents also found empty bags of sugar, grain and other paraphernalia. No finished moonshine was seized.

This is the second still found in this community this month and the third still destroyed in Bullock County this year.

No arrests have been made at this time as the investigation continues.

If anyone has any information on this Bullock County still or any other illegal activity can call the ABC Board Hotline at 1-800-327-7341.
