CHARLOTTE, NC (WBTV) -

Country music star Luke Bryan took an unexpected tumble at his Charlotte concert on Thursday night.

Bryan was performing at the PNC Music Pavilion at part of his "That's My Kind of Night" Tour.

The 37-year-old singer fell off the side of the stage when his was performing the song 'Can't Hold Us' by Macklemore and Ryan Lewis.

"So check this out, the last time I was in North Carolina I busted my [expletive] on stage," Bryan says. "What is it about North Carolina that makes me bust my [expletive]?"

Bryan then tells fans to "YouTube that [expletive]."  And they did.

Multiple videos have been posted on YouTube, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.

Earlier this year, Bryan was playing a concert at the Greensboro Coliseum when he took a tumble as he was attempting to step up on an elevated platform.

A YouTube video posted online in 2012 show Bryan falling off stage in Iowa while performing Sir Mix A Lot's "Baby Got Back."

Another video from 2013 shows him taking a tumble off stage in Panama City Beach, Florida.

But don't worry fans, Bryan wasn't injured too badly in his Charlotte fall.

He posted on his Twitter page early Friday morning "I'm good. Few stitches."

After the concert, concert promoter Brian O'Connell tweeted a photo of Bryan's injury, which shows a trio of bandages over a cut under his left kneecap.

O'Connell, who appears to be touring with Bryan tweeted on Friday morning that crews were "installing foam pit around thrust for tonight's [Luke Bryan] show in DC."

"Pit fans, please catch him next time," he joked.
