WINSTON COUNTY, AL (WBRC) -

Winston County Sheriff Rick Harris says that one of his investigators has been arrested on the charge of manufacturing methamphetamine in the second degree.

Harris says that Grady Keith Concord, 41, has been fired as the result of of a joint investigation between the FBI and Alabama Bureau of Investigation. Concord has been transferred to the Lauderdale County Jail on a $500,000 bond.

Harris says that Concord acted alone and he is extremely disappointed in Concord's actions. Harris says that such conduct is unacceptable by law enforcement officers and must be dealt with accordingly.

Additional charges could be filed by state and federal agencies Thursday.
