KFC Corp. is now pledging $30,000 to help with the medical bills of 3-year-old Victoria Wilcher.

This after an allegation made by a Facebook post on "Victoria's Victories" Thursday said the little girl was asked by a KFC employee to leave a Jackson restaurant because her appearance was disturbing some of the patrons.

The child was badly injured in a pit bull attack in April. Photos show her facial scars and cartoon-decorated eye patch.

KFC posted an apology on the page, requesting details. They are now investigating the allegations.

Spokesman Rick Maynard said that the donation will be made regardless of what the investigation finds. He said KFC won't tolerate hurtful or disrespectful actions to guests.

The page's administrator wrote Sunday that "Victoria's Victories" had gone from 250 people praying for Victoria to thousands.

The page had more than 40,000 "likes" on Sunday, and 60,000 likes on Monday morning.

If you'd like to know more about Victoria Wilcher, and read some of the thousands of comments of support and love from all over the world, you should LIKE and follow the page Victoria's Victories.
