WESTWOOD, OH (FOX19) -

Hours after a fatal shooting in Lower Price Hill, Cincinnati police were called to a second shooting Thursday evening in Westwood.

Officers were dispatched just before 9:30 p.m. to the 2300 block of Baltimore Avenue for a report of a person shot. Jerico Griffin, 25, was found with multiple gunshot wounds.

Like the Lower Price Hill shooting, Griffin was transported to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center were he died from his injuries.

The Cincinnati Police Department Homicide Unit is continuing to investigate both incidents. Anyone with information is asked to call the Criminal Investigations Section at (513) 352-3542 or Crime Stoppers at (513) 352-3040.
