MILLBROOK, AL (WSFA) -

Attorney's with the Panama City Public Defender's Office say the case involving a Millbrook man, who was charged after he allegedly inappropriately touched a young girl, is now nolle prossed.

According to legal definition because the case has been ruled as nolle prossed this means an entry was made on the record by which the prosecutor or plaintiff declares that the case will proceed no further.

In June Panama City Beach Police 37-year-old Ryan Edward Fales charged with lascivious molestation and lewd and lascivious exhibition. The arrest stems from allegations he  inappropriately touched a 14-year-old girl and also exposed his genitals to her.
