Cincinnati police are investigating a deadly shooting Friday morning on Reading Road in Avondale.
The incident happened at about 6:30 a.m. in the area between Glenwood and Forest avenues. Officers found a man shot in the head and was pronounced dead at the scene.
A portion of Reading Road was closed in the area to traffic, which has since been reopened.
