MONTGOMERY, AL (WSFA) -

An alleged killer is now facing more civil lawsuits from the estates of two more of the victims.

Desmonte Leonard is facing additional lawsuits from the families of Ed Christian killed during the shooting and Xavier Moss who was wounded.

The suit also lists the apartment complex and it's management claiming they were negligent in their responsibility to keep people safe.

Leonard is accused of shooting and killing Ladarius Phillips and two others at an Auburn apartment complex in 2012.

Phillips' estate also has filed a wrongful death lawsuit against Leonard. The apartment complex and other companies involved with the property are also named in this suit as well.

Phillip's suit claims the apartment complex, property managers, and others failed to keep the security fence closed, did not provide security for the party and failed to prevent Leonard from re-entering with a weapon after making death threats.

Leonard's murder trial is scheduled to start on Sept. 22.
