PENDLETON COUNTY, KY (FOX19) -

Following an April investigation that found nearly 50 dead horses on a Pendleton County farm, 10 other horses that were on the property are now up for adoption.

Larry Browning, who owns the property, was charged with 14 counts of second degree animal cruelty.

The horses were seized from the farm and treated for malnourishment. They'll be up for adoption July 6 from 1-4 p.m. at 2980 Hempfling Road in Morningview, Kentucky. All adoptions are $100 and applications and farm visits are required.

The Mare and Gelding horses range in ages from two to eight and there is one mule up for adoption. Adoption representatives described the horses to be people friendly and have excellent ground manners.
