NEW ORLEANS, LA (WAFF) -

Two Alabama women were confirmed among the injured in a New Orleans shooting, as police search for a person of interest.

The shooting happened early Sunday morning on Bourbon Street. Police said it stemmed from a fight between two men.

At least 10 people were injured. Among them, police said, were two women, aged 17 and 20, from Alabama.

Both women were treated and released from an area hospital.
