DOTHAN, AL (WSFA) -

The Dothan Police Department has arrested a woman after she allegedly assaulted a co-worker.

Police say that 33-year-old Alice Thomas followed a co-worker home and assaulted her following a verbal argument at their place of employment.

According to investigators, Thomas confronted the victim, and used a razor to slash her arm before fleeing the scene.

The victim was transported to a local hospital where she was treated for her injuries and released.

Thomas was taken into custody by police at her home and charged with second degree assault. Her bond was set at $15,000.
