Naked man, partially clothed woman found stabbed in North College Hill

NORTH COLLEGE HILL, OH (FOX19) -

Police are trying to figure out exactly what happened during a stabbing in North College Hill early Thursday morning.

The stabbing was reported at about 2 a.m. When police arrived to the intersection of Betts and Catalpa avenues, they found a naked man standing over a partially dressed woman laying in the middle of the street. They both had stab wounds and were transported to area hospitals with non life-threatening injuries.

Police said neither were able to provide a statement as to what happened.

According to police, officers then followed a blood trail from that intersection to a home in the 1800 block of Cordova Avenue. Officials said that was the scene of the initial stabbing.

After looking through the home, officers also found substances believed to be crack cocaine and heroin.

The relationship of the two victims is still unknown. The incident remains under investigation.
