TRUSSVILLE, AL (WBRC) -

The actor from Trussville who played 10-year-old Ricky Bobby in Talladega Nights: The Ballad of Ricky Bobby was arrested again on Tuesday.

Luke Bigham, 20, was charged with domestic violence-harassment of his mother, according to Trussville Police Chief Don Sivley.

The alleged incident happened at Bigham's mother's house in the 200 block of Mobile Avenue. Bigham is in Trussville City Jail on a $1,000 bond.

Bigham was arrested in June on a reckless driving charge for allegedly driving 80 mph in a 35 mph zone. Police say he struck a car on Highway 11 and caused a five-car pile up.

Three people were injured in the June 4 crash, but Bigham was the only one who was transported for medical attention.
