TUSCALOOSA COUNTY, AL (WBRC) -

Northport firefighters are collecting donations for three sons left behind after their mother was killed in a house fire early Monday morning in Greensboro.

Melissa Rabon, 29, made sure all three of her sons got out of the house alive, but she did not survive the fire. So far, the cause of the fire has not yet been determined.

Rabon's three sons are ages 12, 7 and 2. Their grandmother, Mentha Rabon, says they lost everything in the fire and are in need of food and clothing.

"You know three kids losing their mother, its got to be devasting and hopefully this will help the healing process begin," Lt. John Poole with Northport Fire Rescue said.

The Northport Fire Rescue service posted the following sizes for the boys on their Facebook page:

-2 year old (size 2-3T and 7.5 shoe)

-7 year old (size 8-10 and shoe 4)

-12 year old (size 12-14 and shoe 8)

Donations can be dropped off at Northport Fire Rescue: Station #4, 4900 Rose Blvd, Northport, AL 35475. It's near Tuscaloosa County High School.

The Hale County EMA has also set up a Melissa Rabon Fund at People's Bank of Greensboro and The Citizens Bank to help take care of her funeral expenses and her sons.
