Another arrested in west Montgomery shooting

MONTGOMERY, AL (WSFA) -

Another arrest has been made in the west Montgomery shooting that left one person dead and four others injured Sunday.

According to court documents, 22-year-old Lamarian Hood has been charged with murder following Sunday's shooting. Earlier Tuesday, 25-year-old Arsenio Hall of Montgomery was also arrested and charged with Murder.

Investigators say Hood and Hall were involved in the shootout that left 31-year-old Taurio D. Mushat dead. Police say that Hood and Hall both received non-life-threatening gunshot wounds in the shootout that occurred on the 1200 block of Bragg St. around 1:40 p.m.

Police responded to the scene after receiving a report of shots fired. Upon arrival, officer's found Mushat with a fatal gunshot wound and pronounced him dead at the scene. Two other people were transported to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

Hall and Hood were arrested following their release from a local hospital, and were then transported to the Montgomery County Detention Facility. There are being held on a bond set at $75,000 each.
