Missing Westfield Teen found safe

WESTFIELD, MA (WSHM) -

A Westfield teenager missing since Saturday was found safe in West Springfield Monday evening. 

Police were concerned when 16-year-old Michael Rivera went missing, especially because he did not have access to a medication he takes daily. 

Westfield police tell CBS 3 Rivera turned himself into the West Springfield Police Department Monday night. 

His family then picked him up. 

Police do not suspect any foul play.
