The Lee County Sheriff's Office has two outstanding arrest warrants against 35-year-old Jeffrey Michael Sharritt of Phenix City.

One warrant is for burglary in the third degree, and the other warrant is for theft of property in the first degree.

Sharritt is described as a white man who is approximately 150 pounds, approximately 5 feet 9 inches tall and has brown eyes and brown hair.  He has associates that live in the Smith Station and Phenix City areas of east Alabama.

Sharritt is wanted in connection with a burglary reported to the Lee County Sheriff's Office on January 19, 2014.  According to the victim that lived in the 7000 block of Lee Road 240 Phenix City, Ala., someone had broken into his home while he was out of town and had stolen approximately $8,000 worth of property to include several firearms and hunting bows.

A Lee County Sheriff's Investigator processed the victim's home and located potential biological evidence left behind by the suspect that was collected and submitted the Alabama Department of Forensic Sciences (ADFS) for analysis and identification.

Sharritt was identified by ADFS as the offender in this case.  He has also been linked to a car burglary that occurred back in 2011 and was reported to the Orange County Sheriff's Office located in Orange County, Fla.

If you have any information about Sharritt's whereabouts or any other case please contact the Lee County Sheriff's Office at 1-334-749-5651 or Lee County Crime Stoppers at 1-888-522-7847.
