Opelika man injured in shooting in Auburn

AUBURN, AL (WSFA) -

Auburn police are investigating a shooting that injured a man Friday night.

The shooting happened at Tiger Trailer Park on Wire Road in Auburn around 5 p.m.

Police tell us a 28-year-old Opelika man was shot in the abdomen. When police arrived they found the man in the yard of his relative's trailer.

He was airlifted to Columbus Regional and authorities say he was in stable condition.

Investigators ask anyone with information to call 334-501-3140.
