JALAPENO POPPER PULLS

2 ROUND LOAVES OF SOUR DOUGH BREAD

½ CUP MELTED BUTTER

8 OZ OF CREAM CHEESE SOFTENED

2 TBS OF JALAPENO PEPPER JUICE

1 TBS OF GARLIC MINCED

¼ CUP DICED JALAPENO PEPPERS

¼ CUP OF BACON BITS

1 CUP OF MEXICAN CHEESE SHREDDED

PREHEAT OVEN TO 350

TAKE LOAF OF BREAD AND CUT IT LIKE YOU WOULD A BLOOMING ONION….BUT NOT ALL THE WAY TO THE BOTTOM.  SPREAD THE PIECES OPEN GENTLY.

TAKE MELTED BUTTER AND ADD GARLIC.POUR INTO CAVITIES OF BREAD . MIX CREAM CHEESE WITH JALAPENO JUICE AND SPREAD ON BREAD, MAKING SURE IT GETS IN BETWEEN THE CUTS.  SPRINKLE CHOPPED JALAPENO PEPPERS AND BACON BITS ON BREAD , GETTING SOME IN SIDE THE CUTS.TOP BREAD WITH SHREDDED CHEESE

WRAP THE BREAD IN ALUMINUM FOIL AND BAKE FOR 15 MINUTES, THEN UNWRAP THE FOIL TO EXPOSE THE BREAD AND BAKE AN ADDITIONAL 10MINUTES UNTIL THE CHEESE IS ALL MELTED.
