Happening Now: Parents of abandoned baby face charges

Good FRIDAY morning!  I'm Melissa Johnson filling in for Judd Davis this morning. Coming up on Today in Alabama, the grandmother of the baby found abandoned Thursday in Montgomery is speaking out. This morning, we're also learning about new charges the baby's parents are facing.

Also today, newly released security video shows a person of interest in the sexual assault that happened in May on the campus of ASU. We'll bring you the latest in that ongoing investigation.

And did you hear? A big find in one of Auburn University's labs is making waves as Ebola continues to grip the world's attention. We'll talk about the research being conducted just down the road in Auburn that could be the answer for treating the deadly virus.

Get ready for another morning of "girl power" as we like to call it. Tonya and I will see you at 4:30 AM!
